His professional background includes an association with Kotak Mahindra Bank, complemented by his academic experience at the College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he pursued studies in finance. His coursework included advanced corporate finance, enterprise risk management, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. This exposure provides a valuable foundation for a business-oriented approach to financial evaluation, commercial decision-making and strategic growth.

A seasoned business leader and Marketing Graduate with over 24 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Business Strategy, Enterprise Business, Corporate Sales, Channel Development, Institutional Sales, Operations, and P&L Management.

Abhishek has worked across diverse sectors, including Office Automation, IT/ITeS, Learning & Development, HR Solutions, FMCG, and Solar Energy. He has held regional and national-level responsibilities with reputed organizations such as Ricoh, Innodata Isogen, Centum Learning (Bharti Airtel), and Adecco, while also contributing to the establishment of startups.

His core strength lies in building businesses from the ground up, developing new revenue streams, establishing Strategic Business Units (SBUs), and creating scalable distribution and service networks. A notable achievement includes establishing the Airtel DTH service network across Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.

Currently engaged in the solar energy sector, he is focused on developing a pan-India distribution network for Solar PV modules. His professional approach is defined by strategic thinking, perseverance, execution excellence, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Shyam Sunder is a key member of the management team at Enerkraft Venture Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 15 years of experience in project management, tendering, techno-commercial operations, and execution across the power and infrastructure sectors. He specializes in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects for PSPCL, UPCL, and UPPCL, along with rooftop solar power projects and water and sewerage infrastructure. His core responsibilities include project planning and execution, tendering and costing, procurement, vendor management, government liaisoning, and client coordination.

With a strong combination of technical knowledge and commercial expertise, he focuses on operational efficiency, quality and safety standards, resource optimization, and timely project delivery, contributing to the company’s growth and successful execution of projects.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Master of Commerce (M.Com.), and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.).

Currently associated with Enerkraft Venture Private Limited, Anushree focuses on building scalable people and organisational frameworks that support business growth, strengthen leadership capability and create high-performing cultures.
